Durango Portfolio
Investment made in September 2025, in which the Trust, together with AINDA, completed the acquisition of the beneficiary rights derived from six photovoltaic power generation projects ("Portafolio Durango"). Portafolio Durango has an installed capacity of 146.5 MWp / 112.5 MWac and is located in the city of Durango.

PARTNER: Eosol is a multinational engineering group founded in 2008 in Pamplona, Spain, with more than 750 professionals and a presence in over 45 countries across the development, EPC, and O&M of solar projects. Its subsidiary Eosol Energy de México (2014, Mexico City) develops, builds, and operates solar projects in the country.

AINDA partnered with Quartux to invest in utility- scale energy storage projects in Mexico.
Project type: Utility-scale battery energy storage (BESS) platform.

BENEFITS: Greater stability and reliability of the power grid, optimized energy costs for large consumers, and integration of renewable sources, advancing the country's energy transition.
Partner: Founded in 2017, Quartux is a Mexican company specializing in the development, integration and operation of battery energy storage systems (BESS) for industrial, commercial and grid applications. It has become one of the leading energy storage developers in Latin America.
